1.2 tools and oil
|
● spinner 6 mm
● spinner or eye wrench 8．10．13、14．17 mm
● hexagon-bar wrench 4．5．6 mm
● box wrench 8 mm
● screw driver ＋ small ,middle
● knipper
● plastic head hammer
● grind bar , cut knife , saw brade
● paper towel
● oily liquid
● water
● engine oil is 100cc , please
do not put in more.

2 (cuisine）

when you use a digital speedmeter by magnet signal, please
adjust the hole size to the magnet.
● sensor loactes on brake panel bracket
● all the aprts is temporary assembled to package. plese maek sure all
the combination by yourself. |

bearring for head pipe ,if yourkit is uninstalled , please insert
bearing and inner pipe , export model installation was done
● taillam bracket , under hole for tailamp lines , please make bigger
or replace electric connectors.
● disassemling a whell, air valve should be removed to reduce
tube pressure

3 mount power supply
|
● M5 screw hole must be tapped 3places
● engine from us , above is done
● hole on frame for
engine ,little modigication shall be needed to better fitting.
Please care as like your baby!! to mounting and so on

4 front frok area
|

handle pipe , By utilizing M8 long bolt (eg seat bolt) , pull the
handle pipe as below
● handle pipe is quite tight to have gapless installation to handle bar
holder pipe.
● use little oily liquid on the
pipe to ease.
● front fork will be installed
by M10*140 or quick release system (op)
● front fender by M6 bolt &
nut .
● Brake drum is cut out
by CNC and alluminum. to heavy usage plesae use a steel drum
set.(OP) . please enjoy as a racing parts.
● front fork hole and axle
shaft positopn must be checked while asseembling. -hole size is
axle size (12mm dia)
● name of wheel
●bearing must pressed correctly. when you replace bearing

5 rear wheel area

pre assembly is recommended.
● speedometer sensor (OP)
● sensor is fitted to the plate by 3mm screw&nut or rivetting.
● senssor plate is by 4mm
screw&nut
● use locktyte.
● safety clearance must be
checked carefully.
● rear wheel naming

● when you refit dimmension , tool from car is usefull . but
slowly and carefully.

6 drive hub on the engine
|
| ●
for engien brake , please put lock pin or small welding to the
front sprocket as below . we will prepare lock nut type in near future.
sorry.
● engine idling rpm should be
lower .
● Please check and check again before riding ,starting .
● idling rpm should be checked by measuring.
